ZIP includes a README with usage rules. By downloading, you agree to use the mark only to refer to South PropMan and not to imply endorsement.

5 mark variants
Primary on navy, knockout (no tile), inverse (lime tile), mono dark, mono light. Each in SVG plus PNG at 256/512/1024/2048.
3 wordmark lockups
Horizontal-dark, horizontal-light, and stacked. SVG plus PNG at 1024/2048/4096 — large enough for full-bleed banners.
Social cards & banner
OG (1200×630), Twitter (1200×600), LinkedIn banner (1128×191). SVG editable, PNG ready to upload.
Colours & usage rules
Hex + RGB for every brand colour. Clear-space rule, dont-do list, file-format guidance — bundled README.

A short list, but we mean it.

Don't rotate, skew, or apply perspective. The mark is always axis-aligned.

Don't add a stroke or drop-shadow to the slabs. Solid fills only.

Don't recolour to anything outside the palette below.

Don't add the wordmark inside the tile. Lockups are a separate file.

Don't reverse the descender direction — top-left + bottom-right is the canonical S; flipping turns it into a 2.
