Your landlord shares your portal email and one-time password (by WhatsApp, in person, or their own outbound email). On first sign-in you choose your own password — no forms, no setup fees.

Use it monthly

Once the landlord commits the monthly billing run your rent invoice appears in the portal. You pay, upload the POP, the landlord confirms. Everyone reconciled within a few days of the due date.

Move out cleanly
