How South PropMan billing works

Per-unit pricing, the trial period, when the first invoice arrives, and how to upgrade or downgrade.

For landlords For owners For managers For admins Updated 26 Apr 2026

South PropMan bills you per active tenant unit — one occupied lease equals one unit. Vacant units do not bill.

The trial

Every new account gets 30 days with the full Enterprise feature set. No card on file, no auto-conversion. Toward the end of the trial our team scopes your portfolio with you and sends a quote in your local currency.

If you do not pick a plan when the trial ends, the workspace transitions to Expired — read-only for 30 more days so you can export everything.

After you sign

  • Subscriptions are governed by a 12-month minimum agreement.
  • Invoices are raised monthly in advance, payable within 7 days.
  • Upgrade tier any time — applies from the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrade or cancel takes effect at the end of the 12-month minimum unless agreed otherwise in writing.

What counts as a unit

One active tenant row counts as one unit. The moment a lease ends and the unit goes vacant, it falls out of next month’s count. The moment a new lease starts, it comes back in — pro-rated from day one.

Where you find this in the app

  • Master Console → Licences shows the current per-unit rate, your tier, and this month’s billed unit count.
  • Master Console → Invoices lists every invoice we’ve raised against your account, with PDF download.
