How South PropMan billing works
Tiered monthly packages, the trial period, when the first invoice arrives, and how to upgrade or downgrade.
South PropMan bills you on simple tiered monthly packages — you pay one flat monthly amount for the package sized to your portfolio, quoted in your local currency before you sign. There is no per-seat licence and no metering on top of the package price.
The trial
Every new account gets 30 days on the package our team scopes as the right fit for your portfolio. No card on file, no auto-conversion. Toward the end of the trial we confirm the package and pricing tier with you and send a quote in your local currency.
If you do not pick a package when the trial ends, the workspace transitions to Expired — read-only for 30 more days so you can export everything.
After you sign
- Subscriptions are governed by a 12-month minimum agreement.
- Invoices are raised monthly in advance, payable within 7 days.
- Upgrade to a bigger package any time — applies from the next billing cycle.
- Downgrade or cancel takes effect at the end of the 12-month minimum unless agreed otherwise in writing.
How your package is sized
The package is sized once, at quoting, from the portfolio you describe — its scale, the modules you need (commercial, residential, sectional) and the countries you operate in. Your monthly amount then stays fixed for the term; portfolio growth is handled by moving tiers through a re-quote, never by a surprise line item.
Where you find this in the app
- Master Console → Licences shows your current package, its pricing tier and the monthly amount.
- Master Console → Invoices lists every invoice we’ve raised against your account, with PDF download.
